Intro to CLT in Florida

In September of 2023, the state legislature of Florida passed a bill that made the Classic Learning Test an alternative for high school graduation equivalence, college admissions, and state-funded scholarships.

Public high schools can now administer the Classic Learning Test - and pay for it with state funding.

Their students can use their scores as a graduation equivalent, send them to public universities in Florida on their college application, and submit their scores to the Bright Futures program to qualify for scholarships.
